1. Agreement & Amendments

These terms and conditions govern all transactions and interactions with Idea Office Furniture. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them before completing any purchase.

2. Pricing & Product Availability

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. Idea Office Furniture continuously invests in product development and design innovation — as a result, delivered items may differ slightly from display or advertised versions, while maintaining equivalent value, quality, and functionality.

Full payment is required prior to shipping. No orders are dispatched without confirmed payment.

3. Customized Orders

Customized and bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced, as these items are manufactured exclusively to your specifications.

4. Limited Warranty

Idea Office Furniture warrants all products against manufacturing defects and workmanship failures under normal use conditions and intended purposes.

  • Damage or defects must be reported on the day of delivery or the following day at the latest.

  • Clear digital photos of any damage are required before replacement processing begins.

  • Idea Office Furniture is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product defects.

  • Outdoor furniture is not designed for prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or water. Please cover items when not in use. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse or improper storage.

  • Kitchenware products carry a 1-month guarantee.

  • Bed products are not eligible for promotional discounts.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Idea Office Furniture, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of our website or breach of these terms.
