At Idea Office Furniture, we stand behind every product we deliver. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making it right — within the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Item is in its original, unused condition with no scratches or signs of use
All original packaging is intact and included
Product photos are submitted via email prior to initiating a return
Our courier will inspect the item at pickup. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or bespoke orders
Items with scratches, damage, or signs of use
Items returned after the 14-day return window
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is accepted, refunds will be processed as follows:
Credit / Debit Card payments: refund transferred within 5 business days
Cash on Delivery orders: refund issued at time of pickup
4. Return Shipping Fees
If your order originally qualified for free shipping, return shipping fees will apply. If you are returning an item after it has left the delivery destination, standard pickup fees are charged.
