1. Processing and delivery may take up to 30 business days, depending on the product size, sourcing requirements, and stock availability. For small items, delivery is guaranteed within 7 business days of ordering. If a product is unavailable, it will be shipped immediately, and the rest of the order will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

2. Delivery Area
Estimated delivery times are displayed on the website and apply to orders within Cairo. Additional charges and delivery times may apply to orders outside Cairo.

3. Delivery Confirmation
Our team will contact you one day prior to your delivery date to confirm availability and schedule a specific time. Please allow 3 hours for checking your order time.

4. Additional Shipping Charges
Additional charges may apply in the following cases:
• Delivery outside Greater Cairo
• Buildings without elevator access for floors above the fourth floor
• Large or fixed orders requiring special handling
5. Coalition Trading
All required items are recorded to ensure quality. If you are contacted by phone, a confirmation email will be sent. Orders not answered during daily business hours will be canceled and returned to inventory.
